Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as each item is made to order and limited in availability. We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We’re happy to assist with an exchange for a different size, but only under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Exchanges can only be made before your shipping label has been created. Once your order is processed for shipping, no changes or exchanges can be accepted.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs related to the exchange.
