Pre-Shipment Exchanges (Size or Color)

  • Request changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Requests must be submitted before your order is processed.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, choose:

    • An alternative item of equal value, or

    • Risktaker store credit

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags attached

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery 

Refund Terms: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will verify and offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or 

  • A full refund or store credit

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or full refund, depending on availability. We coordinate with carriers to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
