Pre-made (in-stock) orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Pre-order (made-to-order) items require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

All orders are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping may take longer during high-demand periods, such as holidays or limited drops.
Domestic Shipping
Canada: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping
United States: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Worldwide: Delivery times vary by destination and local postal services; international deliveries typically take longer than US orders.

Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot refund international orders returned or refused due to unpaid customs charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit as applicable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
