At Risktaker, we prioritize safe, timely delivery and transparent communication to ensure your order arrives smoothly and exactly as expected.

Order Processing

  • Pre-made (in-stock) orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

  • Pre-order (made-to-order) items require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

  • All orders are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Shipping may take longer during high-demand periods, such as holidays or limited drops.

Domestic Shipping

Canada: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information is sent via email & SMS.

  • You can also track your order through the Track Your Order Portal.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping

United States: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Worldwide: Delivery times vary by destination and local postal services; international deliveries typically take longer than US orders.

  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot refund international orders returned or refused due to unpaid customs charges.

Returns & Exchanges 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit as applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

  • Contact us immediately at support@risktakermerch.store if your order is lost or damaged.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • When applicable, we offer store credit or replacements.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking notifications via email & SMS and can also be tracked through the Track Your Order Portal
